Tenemos el honor de comenzar esta semana con una gran creadora,una nueva presentación se hace eco en la sección “Luxe Editorial“.Detrás de Venusalia,firma de complementos,se esconde Leticia Marrero,tinerfeña que le apasiona diferenciarse de los demás con un toque mágico,sus creaciones.
Diseños que van desde joyas y bolsos muy originales,coloristas y alegres hasta una línea para el hogar.Como novedad presenta “Unique” línea donde se aprecia exclusivas piezas para hombres.Creaciones que tal y como es Leticia,pondrán una nota de distinción y diversión a tu personalidad.Piezas que te desafían en un mundo paralelo,donde tú eres la protagonista.¿Te atreves a llevarlas ?
¿Como empezó a crear los complementos?“Poder decir que llevas algo hecho exclusivamente para ti, ¿no suena maravilloso?.” Leticia Marrero.
La verdad es que surgió de repente, como todo lo que me suele suceder, dado mi carácter impulsivo. En mi familia hay artistas en lo suyo: desde mi tía a la que adoraba y que hacía todo con sus manos, desde coser a pintar; mi hermano que transmite todo con la madera; mi cuñada que es una orfebre increíble en plata y oro, y mi pareja, que pinta como nadie. Empecé destrozando la bisutería que tenía en casa, bastante dadas mis compras, para añadirle mi toque (cosa que suelo hacer a menudo…, todo sea dicho); luego empecé a comprar material para hacerme mis propias creaciones, las amigas te pedían para ellas, para hacer un regalo… ¡y se lió todo!. Al final, surgió VenuSalia como una necesidad de tener algo diferente, pues me indigna que todos compremos lo mismo y nos reconozcamos por la calle.
¿Como definiría sus creaciones ?
Mis creaciones son fruto de momentos, ambientes o deseos determinados. Cada obra la identifico con la necesidad de diferenciarme del resto, llevando algo mejor o peor, pero distinto y único. Exclusivo de cada ser, alegre, desenfadado, y hecho a mano para tí.
¿Sus diseños van basándose en las tendencias,o sige un hilo muy personal?
Normalmente, sacamos algo de tendencia, pues así nos lo piden también a veces nuestros seguidores. Pero para qué engañarnos… Si no nos gusta repetir lo de lo demás, ¿cómo copiarles también en las tendencias?. Quien nos compra es porque le ha gustado una pieza determinada para una ocasión, un look determinado. Por eso trabajamos bastante con los encargos. Siguiendo las peticiones que nos hacen, ¡le creamos algo exclusivo para él o para ella!. Poder decir que llevas algo hecho exclusivamente para ti, ¿no suena maravilloso?.
¿Hasta donde desearía que llegara su empresa?
Me gustaría poder dedicarme a esto únicamente, poder reconocer mis creaciones por la calle y sonreír en silencio. A día de hoy, me conformo con tener mi ” hobby” caro, ¡pero muy satisfactorio!.
La vida de un joven creador,es bastante complicada,¿qué cree que hace falta para que sea efectiva?
Impulso para dar a conocer el gran mundo de los jóvenes diseñadores y todo lo que tienen por mostrar; y ayudas. Además deberíamos perder el miedo a Internet y la relación de las redes sociales con la moda. Empiezas con mucha ilusión , pero pronto vienen las desilusiones y tropiezos. Es difícil no pensar a menudo en abandonar, pues normalmente no da tiempo de recuperar la inversión que tienes en material, en detalles, en presentación… Pero entonces, cuando tomas la decisión inquieta de dejarlo todo, te hacen pedidos. Lo tengo clarísimo, si nos dedicásemos unos minutos en buscar algo personal para nosotros, o hacer un regalo con corazón, sin compromisos… ¡esto sería increíble!.
¿Dónde pueden adquirirse sus creaciones ?
VenuSalia sólo funciona actualmente en Internet, sobre todo, gracias a Facebook, que es un mundo fascinante. Tenemos página web www.venusalia.com, blog (venusaliacomplementos.blogspot.com), tienda en My crafty closet (también online) y, como dije, en Facebook. Esto te permite crear, mostrar e interactuar al segundo, conociendo las opiniones de nuestros amigos en ese preciso instante.Al principio, intentamos a través de alguna tienda, pero la verdad es que Internet nos tiene fascinados.
